【Chibi Maruko-chan Original Work 40th Anniversary】Special Exhibition

★ Ticket Information

• Each ticket is valid for one person only, for single entry, and cannot be reused.
• The physical commemorative couple's package tickets must be redeemed at the exhibition venue during the exhibition period (2026/06/18-09/28). Please complete ticket verification at the entrance to redeem and enter.
• This ticket is a valuable ticket; please keep it safe. If it is lost, damaged, punched, altered, stained, photocopied, or torn to the extent that it is unidentifiable, it will be considered invalid, and no refunds, exchanges, or reissues will be accepted.
• This ticket is valid only during the exhibition period (until 2026/9/28). It will be considered void after this date. For refund or exchange requests, please apply through the original ticket purchase channel before 2026/9/28; requests after this date will not be accepted. Please refer to each channel's refund policy for refund and exchange procedures.
• On-site refunds are only accepted for tickets sold at the on-site ticket booth. A complete, unused ticket, invoice, and credit card slip must be provided. A 10% handling fee of the actual sales price will be charged for each ticket.
• Children under 3 years old can enter for free and must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult (relevant identification must be presented; if no identification is available, eligibility will be determined by whether the child is over 90 cm tall; age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of entry).
• Individuals eligible for free admission must proactively present their identification for verification by service staff before entering. If not eligible, please purchase a ticket according to your status. Individuals with preferential status (discounted tickets, compassion tickets) who enter with a ticket cannot request partial refunds or compensation for ticket price differences.
• To ensure clear identification by service staff, necessary companions for individuals with disabilities should closely follow the individual with disabilities upon entry.
• For package ticket purchases, please note that all contents of the package must be complete and unused for a full refund. Please refer to the refund policies of each ticket sales channel.
• For any unmentioned matters, please refer to the official website and FB announcements. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

★ Admission Information

• The exhibition period is from 2026/6/18 to 9/28.
• No luggage storage service is provided inside the exhibition hall, and the organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
• Photography is allowed at this exhibition, but some exhibition areas do not permit photography or videography; please refer to on-site notices. To maintain viewing quality, flashlights, tripods, selfie sticks, long lenses, and stabilizers are prohibited throughout the entire area; unauthorized commercial photography or interviews are strictly forbidden.
• To maintain the quality of the exhibition visit and smooth flow, strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition hall. Please park strollers in the designated area before entering, or carry young children using a baby carrier or similar method. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Please follow the viewing routes, exhibition rules, and instructions from on-site staff. In case of crowds, please queue in an orderly manner.
• Playing, running, and eating are prohibited inside the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food or drinks into the hall; smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited; selling or reselling tickets on-site is prohibited; if inappropriate behavior persists after being advised, the individual must leave immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be provided.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed inside the exhibition hall; hitting or touching exhibits and display cases is prohibited inside the exhibition hall. If any damage occurs, compensation will be required at the market price.
• There are fixed staff members inside the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• If you need to re-enter after leaving, you can get a re-entry stamp at the exhibition exit and re-queue at the entrance. However, re-entry is only permitted within the exhibition's operating hours on the same day. Purchasing items in the souvenir area does not require an additional ticket; please proceed to the souvenir area from the exit.
• To maintain viewing quality and safety, when the number of visitors reaches the maximum capacity, crowd control will be implemented, and ticket sales will be temporarily suspended. Please cooperate with staff instructions and wait in line at the entrance for admission (final admission time is 17:30).
• If there are any changes to the exhibition's operating hours, content, or regulations, please refer to on-site or official fan page announcements. For any unmentioned matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
