- This boat ticket is for basic boarding ONLY you bought from us. VIP seats onboard are available at an extra charge on the ship, you may pay the crew directly. This is completely optional.
- There will be dedicated staff at the designated location. Simply show your order number or name to the staff to redeem your boat ticket.
- After a successful order, customer service will contact the guest within 4 hours on weekdays and 6 hours on holidays via the reserved social software, email, phone, etc., to inform them of relevant precautions. Please pay attention to email, instant messaging software, and Klook in-app voucher notifications.
- Free children: If there are children under 130cm, please also book them, as this involves the ship's calculation of the total number of passengers to ensure navigation safety.
- If affected by tides or temporary changes to the pier during peak season, we will contact you promptly on the day of travel. Please keep your instant messaging tools accessible.
- Please provide a valid WeChat ID (IDs starting with wxid_ cannot be searched or added).
- Kakao Talk and Line instant messaging software cannot be used in mainland China. We recommend using WhatsApp or WeChat so that staff can quickly get in touch with you and provide timely assistance when needed.

Cancellation policy
