Registration Information

• Applicable to: Students from 3rd grade elementary school to 3rd grade junior high school.
• Class hours: 09:00~16:00
• Essential items: Water bottle, towel, light jacket, 1-2 T-shirts or change of clothes.
• Full-day care system, providing daily nutritious lunch and snacks.
• For parents’ convenience, the earliest drop-off time in the morning is 8:30, and the latest pick-up time in the afternoon is 17:30. (If pick-up will be after 17:30, please inform the team leader in advance. Extended care hours are 18:00~18:30, with a daily charge of NT$200 per student. From 18:30~19:00, the daily charge is NT$300 per student.)
• The copyright of photos and videos taken during this camp belongs jointly to me and the organizer. Both parties agree that they can be used individually under legal principles (organizer's official website, social media, commercial advertisements).
• This camp is insured with NT$2 million in public liability insurance for activity events. This insurance only covers losses caused by personal accidental injuries and does not include other extended personal property losses, emotional losses, or property losses of others.
• A minimum of 10 participants is required to form a class, with a maximum of 25 participants. If the number of participants is insufficient to form a class, the organizer will notify you to reschedule or provide a full refund. If the class is confirmed, the organizer is expected to send a pre-camp notice (including transportation methods for class and other related precautions) via E-mail/SMS 7-14 days before the camp starts.

Activity Cancellation Rules

If the minimum number of participants is not met and the contract can be terminated, the operator will notify the student in writing or by electronic transmission seven days before the scheduled start of the activity to terminate the contract and refund all fees paid by the student.

I. Refund mechanism for withdrawal from the camp due to force majeure:

1. If, before the start of the camp, unforeseen force majeure factors occur, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, epidemics, etc., whether the camp will proceed as scheduled will be based on the class suspension standards announced by Taipei City. For refund methods, please refer to (3) below.
2. If, during the camp, unforeseen force majeure factors occur, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, epidemics, etc., to ensure the safety of the participants, this camp may decide to change the activity content or end early. For refund methods, please refer to (3) below.
3. Refund method for camp cancellation due to force majeure factors: For the refund methods in the above two points: If the camp is canceled due to unforeseen force majeure factors, this camp will calculate all costs, deduct expenses already incurred and necessary expenses not yet incurred, and refund the remaining amount in full.

II. Refund mechanism for withdrawal from the camp due to personal reasons:

1. If, before the start of the camp, due to personal reasons or special circumstances, you are unable to attend the camp, but have completed registration and payment, and wish to request a refund, please contact (02)2655-2625 (service hours Monday to Friday 09:30-17:00).
2. Refund method for withdrawal from the camp due to personal reasons:

(1) If notified 30 days (inclusive) or more before the camp activity start date that you cannot attend the camp, this camp will refund 90% of the actual paid amount.

(2) If notified 20 to 29 days (inclusive) before the camp activity start date that you cannot attend the camp, this camp will refund 60% of the actual paid amount.

(3) If notified 10 to 19 days (inclusive) before the camp activity start date that you cannot attend the camp, this camp will refund 40% of the actual paid amount.

(4) If notified 1 to 9 days (inclusive) before the camp activity start date that you cannot attend the camp, this camp will refund 20% of the actual paid amount.

(5) If notified on the day of the camp activity start date that you cannot attend, or if you do not attend on that day, it will be considered a waiver of participation, and no refund will be given.

The above refund applications will be based on the date this camp actually receives written notification (EMAIL / Official LINE).

III. Regarding illness:

1. If a participant is unable to attend due to illness before the start of the camp (excluding the start date), the order can be canceled after providing a diagnosis certificate, and the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting necessary expenses (this fee includes, but is not limited to, material fees, instructor fees, insurance fees, etc.).
2. If a participant is unable to continue participating due to illness after the start of the camp (including the start date), after providing a diagnosis certificate, the remaining fees for the unparticipated days will be refunded proportionally after deducting necessary expenses (this fee includes, but is not limited to, material fees, instructor fees, insurance fees, etc.).

IV. If, during the camp, a participant intentionally disobeys discipline, damages public property, or interferes with the teacher or affects the normal conduct of activities by other group members, and after counseling and informing the parents, there is no improvement, to protect the rights of other participants, the participant's qualification will be canceled, and the remaining fees will not be refunded.
