Elephant Sanctuary Adventure Chiang Mai Experience

The local operator responded very quickly and even agreed to let us change the time at the last minute due to weather issues, which we really appreciated! The driver was also very nice. We originally thought we were going to the TeeTee Elephant Sanctuary, but we ended up going to the CHOKCHAI Elephant Camp. The baby elephant, Coco, was very cute, but we later found out that there were still elephant riding activities in the park, which our family didn't like. We hope the elephant camp can improve and promote elephant-friendly activities! Although, as the guide explained, these elephants have been raised by humans for generations and don't have older female elephants to teach them how to survive in the wild, so they can no longer survive without humans and cannot be released. We still hope the park will move towards becoming an elephant-friendly sanctuary! The ATV ride was super fun, and the instructor was very patient – highly recommended! The kayaking was also very interesting, so we're still giving 5 stars to encourage all the operators!

this is recommended tour. it’s makes your stay changmai complete. the tour guide is nice and ATV are so exciting. elephant is cool and the water rafting is crazy I want more waves I hope❤️ lunch good quitely not enough more food please😆 but overall is amazing experience

The trip was so good. It was a small group of 10 people. It depends on how many book the trip on the same date. We went to Elephant camp, playing, showering and feeding the elephants. After having lunch, we went riding ATV in the jungle, the trip was about 1 hour. The last programme is rafting. It was very exciting but the programme was a little short.

visited in april, guess it was off peak season. driver picked 2 of us up in a mpv for the day. friendly driver who drove safely. we were offered clothes, slippers, hats and towels for a change. guides were knowledgable and friendly. close up interaction with the elephants through feeding and bathing. took many pictures! we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. great lunch offered. the atv was of top quality. the rafting is more like a relaxing boat ride down the river.

I am very happy that Klook has cooperated with a smaller local elephant park. The boss said that the operation was losing money in the past few years, but it has been able to break even in the past two years. Feeding the elephants, walking with the elephants, and bathing the elephants are really fun. Special, and the Xiang Yuan lunch kuey teow is so delicious! The off-road vehicle at the back is also very fun. It is more handsome than the Dutai you can ride in Taiwan. It is super comfortable when you rush into the river! Unfortunately, the last rafting trip was not full of water, but rafting is also a kind of relaxation. This trip of elephant + off-road vehicle + rafting is super recommended ~

We fed them, made snacks, took them for a walk, showered them, and went rafting. It was a pity that it was short, but the elephant's trunk was more disgusting than I thought. It was a great new experience for the first time. It was around 4 o'clock when I arrived at the accommodation. They didn't give me clothes for the rafting, so my clothes got all wet. They told me to bring clothes. For the elephant experience, they gave me clothes and shoes.

Although the business was not good and I was the only one participating in the all-terrain vehicle, the teacher gave serious guidance. Rafting may be a moderate thrill because of the medium volume of water. It's really great to bathe the elephants, and you won't force them. Two American girls don't want to go into the water, but they can still feed them happily.
