We had a tricky situation with the schedule and our tour guide Roy was so accommodating and kind. Visited all the places we wanted to visit and Roy planned the route so well, we managed to avoid traffic, lining up, unnecessary waiting. His explanations on historical backgrounds and modern development of Busan added to the enjoyment of the tour. By far this was the best tour I’ve ever been on. I recommend this tour 100%!

It was a last minute booking and I'm glad I was accepted cos it was worth it! Itineraries were well planned and the time allocated was perfect for a small group of 6 (2 of us + 2 other couples). Booking with Touringo was the smartest thing we did in Busan! Roy navigated the city effortlessly in his van, making it so easy to get from the hills of Gamcheon Culture Village all the way to the Cheongsapo Sky Capsule. Having a comfortable ride meant we had plenty of energy to explore the vibrant chaos of Jagalchi Market and grab street food at BIFF Square without feeling exhausted. Songdo Beach was a lovely, relaxing stop in between. Roy is a top-notch guide who truly takes care of his guests.

A day trip to Busan was incredibly satisfying! Many thanks to our guide, Toti, for the thoughtful companionship throughout: we rode the dreamy capsule train along the coast, found peace and made wishes at Haedong Yonggung Temple, feasted at Jagalchi Fish Market, visited Gamcheon Culture Village to see the colorful fairy tale houses and the Little Prince, overlooked the blue sea from the Songdo transparent cable car, and enjoyed a relaxing break at a popular cafe. Toti's explanations were vivid, and the arrangements were meticulous; the itinerary was packed but not tiring, leaving us with many wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

My husband & I had a wonderful experience on this guided tour of Busan. A big part of that was our guide, Roy. He was friendly, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. Throughout the day he shared interesting history, local and fun facts you just dont get touring around on your own. He pointed out landmarks along the drives which unlocked spots we hadn't plan to visit until then. One suggestion was Gwangalli Beach later that evening to see the drone. We took the advice and it was one of our favorite memories from Busan! The hotel pickup/dropoff was one of the main things I looked for during booking, it not only made the day easier for us logistically but it had us stress-free and able to see more of the city in one day. We chose the package that included cable cars and sky and that was absolutely the BEST decision. The views were incredible and well worth it. If you are considering this tour, I highly recommend it. If you're lucky to get Roy as your guide, I know it will be great day!

One of the best tours we have ever done and what a fantastic tour guide Mr. Tomy was, he was polite and kind, very knowledgeable and was happy showing everyone around, all the places we visited was fantastic, our favorite was the fish market as there was a festival going on and had the most delicious seafood dishes with soju, sky capsule was amazing, temple was great, all in all we had an amazing time! highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful day exploring Busan with our local guide Toti! He was so knowledgeable and shared lots of great tips and local insights that we would never have discovered on our own. He was incredibly thoughtful and considerate throughout the day, and we never once felt rushed. The van was also very comfortable, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. What really made the day special was how kind and welcoming he was. He even surprised us some lovely gifts at the end and provided us recommendations for meals for the remainder of our trip. We really enjoyed our time with Toti and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Busan - it felt like exploring the city with a local friend rather than just going on a tour! 💯☀️😁🌊

Lisa is very friendly and her Mandarin is excellent. Huge thanks to the agency for arranging this, as it allowed my mother to fully engage with the tour. Even though the itinerary was packed with many locations, we never felt rushed and were given ample time to explore each site. This is a highly recommended tour for those with limited time in Busan and want to see the city's best scenic landmarks.

Our guide Roy was very knowledgeable and his driving was excellent. The tour was meant to be a small group but we got lucky and had the car to ourselves. The day was extremely hot and sunny and I do not think we would've managed even two of those locations by ourselves in a day so it was very good value for money. It would have been difficult to navigate public transport in the summer heat. It would have been good to stay a bit longer at some locations but if you want to pack a lot of sights in then this is the tour you want to take. 5 stars!!!

The most important part - Aiga, our English speaking guide. It was a warm welcome right from the start. Loved the story telling along the way, filling us with the cultural background, history and insiders info on each attraction and food stop. Easy pace, just about right in every place.
