I am a Korean, and I bought this ticket by using Klook's search site <Shanghai, Disney, Bus> through Korea's search portal, Naver. Children in their 30s and elementary school age. I stayed at a hotel in front of Shanghai People's Square and made a reservation because the bus picked up passengers in front of People's Square Exit 1. I left the hotel around 6:20 and arrived around 6:30. The gathering time was seven o'clock. Had a really bad experience with this. I thought this would make our day at Shanghai Disneyland a worry free one but it turned it to be a lot of inconvenience. We arrived at the meeting point before 6:30. There were a lot of tourists and guides with flags. Showed them my voucher but none of them was waiting for us. It was also no help talking to them since they don’t understand English. Decided to take the train. Don’t get this one. Taking the subway is not a lot of hassle and it’s actually cheaper.

It's a waste of stars. It's not a customer, but the company is doing a no show. Lol 10 minutes ago, I arrived 15 minutes ago, but I didn't see it until 7:30. There was a man with a Disneyland flag, but if it was correct we weren't on the list. I didn't see the reviews but I was very embarrassed in other countries. Even if you take the subway to Disneyland, you don't have to use this.

Upon booking, no confirmation of the tour guide contact details, on that day my friend and I arrived at the station exit 1 30 mins before the departure time, but we couldn’t find our tour. We also tried to called klook hotline but can’t get thru too. Luckily, some other local tour guide approach us for assistance. Ended up we pay them for RMB100 for the round trip. Very disappointed. Saw many bad review but still book instead. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR THRU KLOOK!!!!!! PLEASE REFUND OUR MONEY!

Guide didn’t contact us till the very day itself and needless to say, failed to board the bus despite reaching the meeting point early and waited for close to 30mins. Called the helpline and it didn’t even get through. Taking the metro is a much better option than to rely on this service.

We were not able to avail of the service. Did not find the guide in the morning. I tried calling a number of times but did not get any response. We just booked a Didi instead.
