Fantastic tour, Yaya was a very nice guide. Well spoken, considerate and make sure we were well taken care of throughout the tour. It was a very fast paced tour, cover so many scenic areas that we wouldn’t have been able to do on our own. Highly recommended for people who wanted to get the most out of a very tight schedule. Accommodation provided were good but not in the most convenient locations. Food included was very good. Just like any other tours, there were additional fees.
A well-organised trip by my tour guide, 郭亚男! It was crowded in ZJJ and the queues were long, but she went the extra mile to support my mum, who prefers not to stand for too long. As an avid traveller, she is the first tour guide we’ve met who spoke for such a long time — spending at least an hour during the bus journey introducing the attractions!
The tour guide was very professional and attentive, providing detailed explanations for each attraction. The transportation arrangements were smooth, and they were especially considerate of us, two seniors, guiding us to easily accessible paths.
Good to know
- Tourists should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the trip. Those under 2 years of age or over 75 years of age, those with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or hearing and vision impairments, those who should not travel long distances, and those with pre-existing medical conditions or physical disabilities are not suitable to participate. Any consequences resulting from concealment will be borne by the tourist.
- Scenic spots implement real-name ticketing. Visitors enter the scenic area by swiping their ID cards, which must be carried with them during the trip. Any inability to visit due to forgetting or losing the ID card, or any inability to check into a hotel, will be the responsibility of the tourist.
- Tourists are responsible for any personal, property, or itinerary losses caused by any public transportation. If a refund is requested after departure, a normal refund will be given for expenses not incurred after consultation. If the tourist's itinerary changes due to reasons not caused by our company, we will not compensate for the reduced portion, and the tourist will be responsible for any increased expenses.
- Before traveling, please understand the weather and geographical conditions of your destination in advance, and prepare common warm clothing, heatstroke prevention, sunscreen, rain gear, and common medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during the trip (getting on and off the bus, while driving, in the hotel, in the scenic area, at dining points). Scenic spots include dangerous areas such as steep slopes, dense forests, cliffs, rapids, and deep caves. Please pay attention to the prohibition signs and do not venture there.
- Rest stops and toilet facilities will be provided along the way during the itinerary. Please prepare small bills for payment. Rest after meals, hotel rest, and free activities indicated in the itinerary are all free time, during which the tourist is responsible for their own property and personal safety. Please pay attention to safety and do not participate in activities that violate national laws or are not suitable to participate in.
- There are tourist souvenirs, commemorative photos, and local specialties for sale at the stops along the way, which are not provided by our company, especially those sold by private vendors, which are not within our control. If you are interested, please identify them yourself. Any purchase is your personal behavior, and any consequences will be borne by the tourist.
- Please respect the life and beliefs of local ethnic minorities and avoid conflicts with local residents. For safety reasons, it is not advisable to go out alone at night. In the event of a force majeure event causing a delay, our company will assist in making arrangements, and any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the tourist.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without consultation will be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist, and the uncompleted portion will be deemed as a voluntary waiver. Our company will not refund any fees and will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the tourist. The travel agency is not responsible for any safety issues that occur after leaving the group.
- Please try to wear hiking shoes and bring rain gear.
- Please do not walk around while the bus is in motion.
- When climbing mountains, please "enjoy the scenery without walking, and walk without enjoying the scenery" and pay attention to safety.
- The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of the included attractions without reducing the attractions on the guest’s itinerary. The travel agency is not responsible for expenses incurred when it is necessary to change the itinerary due to force majeure or events that the travel agency or performing assistant has taken reasonable care to avoid.
- In the remote areas of western Hunan, most tourist attractions have many mountains and forks in the road. Do not go out alone when traveling. Consult with the tour guide before going out. Dress lightly. The weather has been erratic recently, with occasional showers. Rain gear must be carried at all times. This trip involves a long bus ride, and some areas have poor road conditions. Those who are prone to motion sickness should prepare related medicines. Zhangjiajie and most scenic spots are special no-smoking areas. Ask the tour guide before smoking.
- Since 2009, Hunan Province has proposed the construction of the Blue Sky and Clear Water Project, advocating energy conservation and environmental protection. Some hotels in the area may not provide free disposable items. Please bring your own. Due to the limited reception capacity of our company, we regret that we cannot accommodate the elderly over 75 years of age and pregnant women.
