[Important Information Before Departure]

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the trip due to personal reasons (such as being late, getting lost, or feeling unwell), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed route group tour. Throughout the entire journey, you will be sharing transportation with other passengers. Parking outside of the scenic spots is not allowed.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver serving as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. If delays or partial changes occur, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to take a flight on the same day should sign up carefully or reserve sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra luggage, you can pay JPY 2000/piece to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the car and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a disclaimer from the staff’s email address 553407459@qq.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us to ensure travel safety. [Important Information During the Trip]
• The stop time at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly observe the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. If delays or partial itinerary changes occur, no refunds or compensation can be requested. Please understand and be aware of the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (Safety responsibilities during the departure period shall be borne by yourself)
