I had an amazing experience booking with Klook for our Hokkaido trip. The itinerary was well-organized and covered some of the most beautiful and unique spots. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was truly breathtaking with its dramatic scenery and steaming vents. Date Jidaimura was a fun and immersive cultural experience, giving us a glimpse of Japan’s Edo period. Mitsui Outlet Sapporo was a great stop for shopping and finding good deals. Lastly, Lake Shikotsu Ice Village felt like a winter wonderland—absolutely magical, especially at night. Everything was smooth from booking to the actual tour. The guide was helpful and informative, and transportation was comfortable and on time. Highly recommended for a convenient and memorable travel experience!

If I travel to Hokkaido again, I will definitely choose to join the evening-departure boutique small group tour again. It is fun and a great value, truly the best choice for not driving in Hokkaido 👍🏻

It was truly a wonderful day of discoveries with a very kind guide. It would be helpful to have a document in French that could be given to us, briefly explaining what there is to discover at each stop along the route.

This package is a scam. First, it was operated by a minivan, which is far from luxurious, and the ride quality was significantly worse compared to a large group bus. Also, I booked it at a higher price than a large group tour because it was advertised as a small group with an English-speaking guide, but there was no guide assigned at all, let alone an English-speaking one. I confirmed multiple times before going to the meeting point and again when we gathered at the site that there would be an English-speaking guide. However, upon arriving at the first attraction, I found out he was not a guide but just a driver. When I complained to the travel agency, they said the English-speaking guide was assigned to a large group and not to ours, and they "encouraged" me to use a translation app. This is deceptive fraud and false advertising targeting consumers.

Good, the itinerary is rich. A day trip is fulfilling with different attractions, different tastes, and different experiences.

Very good to have some stops to go to the washroom and some supplements. But we cant see the ice on that day.
