- Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- The total number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 6 pieces per car
- Special luggage such as wheelchairs, strollers, sports equipment, etc, will be counted as standard luggage

- Please note that the 10-hour service time will be counted from the pick up time you indicate at the checkout page
- The driver speaks only basic English. Please opt for a guide if you require someone who understands and speaks a higher standard of English
- If you book a guide, he or she will be counted as a passenger and will occupy a seat
- This transfer does not provide child seats
- Please advise your proposed itinerary first once you book so the operator can check if there would be additional surcharge or need to suggest alternative routes or attractions
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- If the tour ends after midnight, the overtime surcharge for the driver is IDR50,000 per hour
- An overtime surcharge of IDR100,000 per hour (within city limits) and IDR 150,000 per hour (outside city limits) will be incurred if your itinerary goes beyond designated time limit (10 hours usage)
- An additional surcharge of IDR150,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Bekasi and Tangerang (Soekarno Hatta International Airport)
- An additional of surcharge is IDR175,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Karawang, Serang, Purwakarta to be paid cash directly to the driver

Spacious drive, hospitable driver. Highly recommended. Brought us to places of interests, and doubled up as a guide at the same time. Generous and punctual with his time. We visited a tea plantation, hill-top dining, and the zoo.
The driver was nice and respectful. Car was clean. We went to the Taman Safari and supposedly paragliding but because of the heavy rain we only did one activity. The rain made the Safari looked beautiful though. I think it is worth it if you go to two or more locations in the Puncak area. Having a driver is nice because you don’t have worry about transportation.
it was great. Dadan(driver) came punctually and we manage to cover places as per the itinerary. We went to Cimory, Tea Plantation, Little Venice. The bummer was the traffic jam in Jakarta as early as 4pm.
Enjoyed the tour so much. We strongly recommend Sir Dadan as the tour guide. Apart from making sure we enjoy the tour in Taman Safari, he also instructed as where to get the cheap yet delicious beef rendang there is in Puncak! Such an amazing experience.

This is the 2nd time we have Mr Parman as our driver! He spoke English fluently and hence we were so relaxed throughout the journey as he could understand our needs well. As usual, he tried to plan the itinerary to maximize our limited time & always suggested ways to save our money. He also took many nice pictures for us! We were brought to the tea plantation, para gliding, Venice garden, nice villas & the zoo to have the fun to feed the animals & watch the panda show. I was very happy to try the para gliding after being convinced by Mr Parman as the feeling of staying in the sky was wonderful! Moreover, it’s really lucky that I had the rare chance to try as the weather condition & wind direction were just right 👍. Therefore we didn’t mind at all to pay him the extra for exceeding the 10 hours as it’s still value for money plus his ingenious ways to save cost for us. Most importantly, his driving is careful though some guests would prefer driver to drive speedily which I think it’s really a threat to our precious lives! Availing this Puncak Charter Car is worth our money. Our tour guide/driver (Mr.Parman) speaks english fluently so communication was not a problem. He also shares a lot of things about Indonesia so you will surely learn additional information about the country. He is also very flexible with the itinerary that's why we were able to go to other places that were not initially planned. He also shares suggestions that helped us maximize our trip to Puncak. He would also volunteer to take our pictures to ensure that me and my husband have better shots. We never had dull moments and never felt unsafe during our road trip as Mr. Parman drives carefully and a good conversant. We would definitely recommend this package.

Pak Daus is very friendly and helpful. He tried his best to cater us since we cannot go in to Safari. He even suggest other place to us but since we bring kids we cannot go much place.
We again were accompanied by Wina, our guide. She really is the best. Hamid was also our driver and he was awesome too. The car was really very comfortable for us, a group of 7 people. Good!
