What to expect
Sapporo's first rooftop Ferris wheel is located on the roof of the "Norbessa" complex commercial building in Susukino, and is decorated and illuminated with various LEDs. "Noria" means Ferris wheel in Spanish. In the approximately 10-minute aerial walk, which is 45.5m in diameter and reaches 78m above the ground, you can overlook the beautiful cityscape of Sapporo surrounded by greenery, and you can also get a bird's-eye view of the neon streets of Susukino, allowing you to experience a luxurious feeling. It is open until 1:00 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and the day before public holidays, making it attractive to easily enjoy the "moving" night view of Sapporo.
