Tuna Auction Viewing Lottery This is an optional service. To be eligible to participate in the first floor lottery, please complete your tour booking before the 5th of the previous month. Lottery service is not available in December, and all visitors will view from the public observation deck on the 2nd floor with a personalized audio guide to ensure high-quality explanations. Note: We can assist you in participating in the VIP close-up viewing lottery for the tuna auction (the lottery is random and spaces are limited; 100% selection cannot be guaranteed).
On the day of the visit If you win the opportunity to view on the first floor, please bring your passport or identification. Regardless of the lottery results, each participant will receive a personalized audio guide for clear access to the guide’s explanations throughout the tour.
