We booked a private Da Nang tour through Klook with MyProGuide Vietnam and were incredibly fortunate to have Quang Trịnh as our guide. His excellent English, professionalism, and warm hospitality were clear from the start. He designed a great itinerary, from the Da Nang Museum of History with its fascinating insights, to the lively Han Market, to the peaceful Linh Ứng Pagoda and the Mother Buddha. A highlight—mentioned often by other travelers as well—was his fantastic photography. He took exceptional photos of my wife and me throughout the day, capturing moments we never would’ve gotten on our own. We ended with a beautiful sunset and drinks on the Son Trà Peninsula, perfectly timed by Quang. His kindness, deep knowledge of Vietnamese history and culture, and ability to make guests feel genuinely welcomed set him apart. If you’re visiting Da Nang, ask for Quang Trịnh. Had a great experience with Toan as our private tour guide! He was super friendly, personable and super easy to talk to. He recommended some really great spots around Hoi An, including what was probably the best Bánh Mì I had during my entire trip. 😄also checked out BeBe tailor and ended up getting a couple of clothing custom made! He was also very helpful in navigating Ba Na Hills. Since I preferred to focus on the most iconic spots and not spend hours trying to see absolutely everything, he helped us make the most of our time there and avoid unnecessary wandering around. lol I also appreciated all the local tips and recommendations he shared throughout the trip. The Chinese-speaking tour guide was very diligent, starting to introduce the cultural aspects of Hoi An and Da Nang as soon as we got on the bus, explaining everything in detail. In addition to the original itinerary, the guide also took us to experience Vietnamese hair washing and interacted enthusiastically with our children. Highly recommended. The guide also suggested we try coconut coffee and egg coffee, which were unexpected interactions.

We requested a 4-hour guide on our first day in Da Nang. Ms. Anh, who was our guide, was incredibly kind and provided thorough explanations, which allowed us to start our trip with peace of mind. She clearly explained things we were anxious about as first-time visitors to Vietnam, such as currency exchange and payment methods, which was a huge help. She adjusted to our pace and introduced us to local shops and recommendations, making for a very enjoyable time. Her smile was lovely, and her attentiveness was outstanding. Guide: Mr. Bao Mr. Bao is a guide who has lived in Ikebukuro, Japan, and was able to talk about Torikizoku, so he knows a lot about Japanese life. He is a kind and wonderful guide. Group size: 4 Tour schedule: Airport → Hotel → Han Market → Linh Ung Pagoda → Dinner → Hotel Attractions along the way: I went with my elderly parents and my sister. First, we left our luggage at the hotel and went to Han Market. At Han Market, we had ao dai made and bought fruit. They were fruits I had never seen before, but he introduced me to various kinds and I bought many different kinds of fruit. After Linh Ung Pagoda was built, I was able to hear episodes about Linh Ung Pagoda.

we book guide separately from transport, Huy our guide is cheerful and attentive. a little hard to understand his English at first but we learnt and getting use to it. we only book for trip to Ba Na hill, he's good guiding us where to go and skip long tourist wait for the cable car by changing cable car instead of waiting 1 hours to get back to the car park. he also help to take good group photo despite fighting with thousands of tourists walking all around. definitely worth to hire a guide for local knowledge.

The tour guide is very professional, speaks Chinese very well, and is also very proficient in traditional Chinese characters. We brought a two-year-old child, and the tour guide was very helpful and patient in taking care of us throughout the trip. Thank you very much! 😊

12 hours of fun with Mr. Khong, we visited all the places on my list plus some recommended by my guide. Well worth it!
