Amazing experience. I chose a 1 hour procedure and in that hour I was recharged. I realized that I needed to come back for a 2 hour procedure. The staff speaks good English. Svlon is very clean, nice interior. You can choose the intensity of the head massage, the temperature of the water they wash your hair with, and the drink after the procedure. Must try 100%

I bought a one-hour treatment the day before, paid and made an appointment through the klook app. I made two appointments but was rejected by the store saying that they were full. The only time left was 11 o'clock that day, but the time was completely unavailable. That afternoon, I thought I would try to ask through the Line link on his official website to see if anyone had cancelled their appointment at the last minute so that I could go and wash my hair. Unexpectedly, the store owner could make an appointment for me right before dinner, at every hour of each period! It seems that Klook takes too much commission, so the store has to limit the number of people. If you can't make a reservation through Klook, you can try to make a reservation directly through the store's Line.

The Shop environment is relaxing and staffs’ attitude are good. There are snacks and drinks before and after message. it is recommended.

The redemption was easy. The staff sold us an upgraded package but I think more expensive than Klook price. Anyways, the experience was good and my head does feel good. So check which package you want and buy in Klook to have a deal.

I didn’t expect that I would get a scalp spa in Thailand hahaha. It seems to be a newly opened one.
