Highly recommended! I definitely suggest coming at noon or in the afternoon—it's a great way to cool off with the air conditioning and relax when the weather is very hot. The location is super easy to find, just a few steps away from the large pearl fountain in the square. The entire shop is extremely clean, bright, and comfortable. The welcome fruit tea was delicious (and didn't upset my stomach!). I did the 90-minute Vietnamese shampoo and massage package. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried a Vietnamese shampoo experience yet; it's a lot of fun! (When confirming your reservation upon arrival, the owner will ask if you'd like a facial. I recommend it for those who aren't wearing makeup.) After finishing the welcome fruit tea, you first do a foot soak (with lemon, ginger, lemongrass, etc.—it smelled amazing). After locking up your valuables, you head into the small shampoo cubicle. After washing your face and applying a face mask, the hair washing begins. Although you can't see what's happening, it feels wonderful. The therapist who served me that day was Therapist No. 12, who was very gentle yet efficient. Neck and shoulder massages are interspersed throughout the washing process, and they help blow-dry your hair afterward. My hair smelled amazing (a very Vietnamese scent, in a good way) and became super soft! Afterward, you're led back outside for about 20 minutes of leg massage. The overall experience was very fun and comfortable, the reception staff was friendly and polite, and the massage therapist was experienced and gentle. I felt so much more relaxed by the end of the treatment, and I highly recommend anyone visiting Sunset Town to come and try it out!

The service was excellent, and the staff were polite. They even recommended nearby restaurants. There's a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle for guests, and the hot stone massage was incredibly relaxing and very reasonably priced, offering great value for money.

The Vietnamese hair wash is very comfortable, the massage is good too, the environment is clean and the staff work very hard. It was a good experience, worth trying when you come to Phu Quoc Island.

It hit my nerve points but things could have be better arranged as we did had a prior booking and had to walk 3 minutes to a nearby place. At the new place, we had to wait a while longer while some of the masseur were reluctant to take us.

If you come to Phu Quoc Island, you must visit this massage place. The masseuses are professional, skillful, and friendly. I really enjoyed the hot stone massage this time! I highly recommend it to everyone!

My husband and I had a wonderful massage time at Hanz Sunset Spa. We did the body messages and hair wash there. The therapist ladies are professional. Shop is clean and tidy. When you have a chance to visit Sunset Town at Phu Quoc Island, I highly recommended anyone who wants to take a break and relax there.
