La Spa 38, Nourishing Shampoo & Massage Experience in Ha Noi

We saw that there is herbal bath option here, which is rare after observing all the options on Klook and some physical stores in Hanoi. The price was also quite reasonable, we decided to have a herbal bath at this place before our late night train to Sapa as we just arrive Hanoi the same day. We think this is a good place for you to shower/wash up before a sleeper train or sleeper bus. The front desk guy was also really helpful and friendly. At first I was having some issue with the reservation timing on Klook but he slowly and patiently guided me through. He also offered us to dry our hair with their hair dryer after the bath. If you do not want the herbal bath option, they also have a shower option which you can book through rge physical store. Highly recommend getting a shower here before travelling.

Although the Google rating is not as high as other shops, I really think this shop has a better C/P value, the massage therapists are more skilled and the appearance is better. It is worth recommending.

I got the hair wash with body massage. Location is easy to find and they were able to accommodate me right away. They gave me free warm tea at the start while soaking my feet in warm water. It would be better if they have offered the tea after the massage. The hair wash is highly recommended. You get a warm hair bath with a good head massage. Masseuse also cleansed my face and placed a mask. The body massage is not to my liking though it is probably the vietnamese way. It's mostly quick strokes but with strong pressure. I prefer slow deep tissue and muscle stretching massages. Nevertheless, the complete experience is okay. And I totally recommend to get a hairwash while in Hanoi. Therapist should also remind clients not to take a shower/bath for a certain hours after getting a massage.

However, this shop also provides ear wash, and the ear canal will be specially cleaned. Cotton swabs are provided after blow-drying the hair, so you can be reminded if you are not used to it. This is a different place.

Both the male staff and the female therapists greeted me with a smile and it was a nice feeling. I felt refreshed after the strong treatment. They asked me each time if the strength was okay.

The foot massage was great. Very relaxing. The staff was pleasant & polite. The shampoo & shoulder & neck massage was nice & included a face mask & blow dry.

I received a full body massage, facial treatment, and hair shampoo and treatment, all lasting 120 minutes. The therapist was excellent, checking in at just the right moments to adjust the pressure, which was greatly appreciated. It was the perfect way to relax and refresh on the last day of my trip. (Please note: This experience might be more geared towards men. While they use plenty of hot water for hair styling, makeup, and the hair and facial treatments, there were moments when I felt a chill on my shoulders and neck as the water cooled, especially since I was topless. This is something to be aware of.)

I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, but it seemed they were on break, so I had to wait about 30 minutes. However, the massage itself was excellent! They washed my hair, which was incredibly refreshing. It wasn't completely dry when they finished, but that didn't bother me too much!
