The hotel is directly accessible by elevator from the shopping mall connected to the subway station, and the location is convenient. There are not too many types of food, but the barbecue section is quite special. You can choose from grilled fish, grilled oysters, grilled skewers, etc. The staff are friendly and polite, but there is still room for improvement in the speed of closing the discs😆

The hotel has a great ambiance, and the restaurant offers a comfortable dining experience with excellent service. While the food selection is somewhat limited, the dishes are fresh and delicious. The prices are still very reasonable.

The service staff were wonderful and attentive, the food was very satisfactory, and the atmosphere and transportation were extremely convenient. It's just a 3-minute walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center Station.

For a five-star hotel, the food quality was truly disappointing. Their theme this time was Southeast Asian cuisine, but the crab meat in the stir-fried crab wasn't fresh; it was mushy when I bit into it. The Hainanese chicken had no chicken flavor, and the lamb from the teppanyaki was very tough and dry (I didn't try other cuts of meat). Cold seafood like mussels and other shellfish also had very mediocre texture. Additionally, some food items had no labels at all, which is completely below the standard for a five-star hotel. There wasn't much variety in the salads either. Overall, the food quality was very average, and I likely won't be returning.

It was a bit disappointing to know that the hotel is not up to its international standards. We were very thirsty after dining as we ate tons of MSG from the food. They don’t refill the foods quickly but can understand as majority of the customers hoard too much food. you get what you paid for.
