They are very welcoming and accommodating. They let us try to experience the process of making a ring for ourselves. I would say, we appreciate the service and the learning.

It was a nice experience but in reality you just sit there and blow the torch while they do most of the things. It would be nice to be able to do more than just that

It was such a unique experience. They allowed to customise our rings and design it from the start to end. It started from melting the ring and engraving your own name to designing and polishing the ring! They were so patient and involved us heavily in the process. As it was the 6 of us, we overran by 2 hours. Despite that they didn’t charge us any additional fee and were so lovely. A great experience and will recommend to anyone!!

Had a great day thanks to Family Trips Bali! Excellent communication as soon as they recieved our booking. Was able to arrange pick up times from our accommodation and ask any questions I had. On the day we also had messages from the driver as they were making their way to us. We felt reassured the whole time. The activities were also great. We were planning to book Silver Ring Making but were also looking at taxi options to Tanah Lot Temple. When booking Silver Ring Making we noticed we could do a combo trip with Tanah Lot Temple for sunset! So happy we could do them both as a package at a great price. Our driver even took us around the temple, helped take photos and explained some things to us. he even got us some local cake at one of the vendors! Thank you Family Trips Bali ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was not expecting the whole experience to be so hands on! We thought that we will just be handed a piece of metal and just decorate from that. But noooo, it’s a 100/100 experience. From melting the silver to each station, someone will be there to guide you and explain the process. i was able to engrave and also chose a piece that I love.

great experience. made two very lovely rings and the guide even polished all of my other ones for me! they look brand new. we chose the later slot at 4pm and had the place to ourselves which we enjoyed. would recommend
