Note: Each time slot and classroom can accommodate a maximum of two participants. Course fees are charged per participant, and no observers or companions are allowed. Please make your reservation according to the actual number of participants.

- Once you make a reservation, we will arrange an appointment with the instructor. Please note that if your preferred time and date are not available, we will offer you an alternative date.
- Please bring a sweatsuit for the activity (leggings are recommended).

it was a good lesson, the facility is clean and presentable!
The instructor will use simple English and explanations, and will be very cheerful, encouraging me to continue with the movements. They will also ask if I need help taking one or two photos for social media.
I had so much fun! it got to try new ways to move my body and challenged myself to do interesting poses! definitely out of comfort zone but not in a way that's impossible! instructor was also very upbeat.
