The Seven-Star Bonito Museum is the only industrial museum in Taiwan with a bonito-themed exhibition. It focuses on inheriting the history, culture and industrial skills of bonito production, and allows everyone to understand Taiwan’s bonito production culture.
Experience shaving bonito flowers and DIY takoyaki, you can learn, eat and have fun!
*Use a special slicing cutter to slice the whole bonito piece with both hands. The finished bonito fillet can be eaten directly! Or take it home to make soup, serve with noodles and rice, etc. There are many uses!
Using takoyaki utensils and fresh ingredients, flip the takoyaki balls to tantalize your taste buds, and finally top them with bonito flakes and teriyaki sauce, adding to the wonderful experience of the journey.
