Palates & Bagels by T.A.M. at Jalan Dhoby in Johor Bahru

Over-rated. I came herefor the pastries but the cakes, although pretty were a let down taste-wise. They were dry and tasted like they had been sitting there for at least 24 hours. Could taste the bicarbonate soda in it. The cromboloni was nice, as it was freshly made. My boys liked the bagels, to me they were just ok. Waiters were friendly and helpful. Good job to them.

Food is good and service is good! Ambience is nice too. There was a bit of problem with Klook payment though and staff nearly did not want to accept it. so, may be better not to purchase the Klook voucher in future.

The interior has a charming rustic feel with vintage decorations. The stairs leading to the second level are quite steep, so please be cautious when ascending. You can place your order either at the counter or via a QR code. The bagels and drinks were fantastic, and there’s also a wide selection of delicious-looking fresh bakes to choose from.

This was our second visit, and the bagels were just as delicious as before. However, the pain au chocolat was a bit oily. The food was served quickly, and we were welcomed by the friendly and hospitable staff.

We ordered the Clooney and Louise bagels with Parmesan and pumpkin seeds, respectively. Both exceeded our expectations—we absolutely loved them and will definitely return. The food was served quickly, and the service staff were warm and friendly

Was very crowded on a weekend but we got our food within 10 minutes which was pretty fast! Food tastes good as well!

it was easy to use the voucher. the counter allowed us to use it and saved a few bucks during bill payment.

always love this place, the bagels are very tasty, and I really love the honey oat latte! used Klook and managed to save SGD4!
