A: If you cannot show your KTP/KITAS at the entrance, you must buy a new ticket at the ticket counter.

A: This ticket is an open-dated ticket, you can use it any time before the expiry date stated on your voucher.
Q: I am a vegetarian, can Uma Restaurant serve vegetarian dishes?
A: Uma Restaurant can serve vegetarian dishes, please order at least 1 day before the selected visit date and contact us via "Ask Klook" regarding your special requests.
