Super easy to get the voucher the day of my planned trip to Shinsaegae department store. Loved that it was a virtual card so I didn't have to go to customer service first to get it activated. Do have your flight information and passport ready at your first purchase... after that it's stored on the system. Getting some free masks was a nice bonus and was really easy to do. Just take your receipt to the duty free customer service and they'll issue them. A reminder that the duty free store uses USD so do check prices, as with the weak won it worked out cheaper for me to go to the non-duty free stores and get my tax refund.

I went 12th floor customer service, the staff said must spend $1 USD before redemption. So I went looking for items i need, buy and get receipt, then redeemed free masks.
