This was very easy to use you need to download their T express app then search for your ticket then apply for self collection or get to convenience store your ticket. Then just scan the QR only when entering in station. It was smooth ride and really enjoyed it!

Passengers can use the following functions after installing T-EX on their smartwatch: (1) Today's Tickets: View the ticket information that has been collected on the same day using the mobile phone T-EX that is synchronized with the watch, including ticket information and boarding QR code. The watch T-EX only provides the query function. The related changes and refund functions still need to be performed by the mobile phone T-EX. (2) High-speed Rail Timetable: Provides passengers with information on the current southbound and northbound trains at each station.

I had reserved a reserved seat, but when I asked the Taiwan High Speed Rail counter if I could change to an earlier Shinkansen train, they said that the ticket could not be changed. However, they told me that although I couldn't change, I could change it if I was okay with a free seat earlier than the reserved flight, and when I explained the situation at the ticket gate, they opened the gate for me. When I exited, the automatic ticket gate read the QR code on my existing ticket, and I was able to leave smoothly. I'm grateful to the kind station staff!

Note, after the B1G1, this is the most discounted HSR ticket voucher, however there are some conditions to note. 1. it will only confirm after 24hrs. 2. provide 3 choice timing. 3. download the app, but for me i pick up physical ticket from 7-11 machine and pay admin fee of NTD20/pax. its an enjoyable ride.

Quite a hassled if you want to get confirmation from Klook after placing order. I chose the time and date that I intended to take but ended up there is no seats available when I try to booked with HSR online. So I need to deal back again with klook and to get confirmation again. I just dont understand at the first place why klook ask me to fill in the date and time I need to book and see if there is availability in HSR system when there is no seating available after that booking. I need to go to the counter HSR to double confirm the place again and they also cannot do anything with my booking as I booked through Klook. But later after hassled and trouble I managed to get a seat and QR core to be scan directly at the entry.
