On the day we were picked up, there was a problem, and the car didn't show up on time. Fortunately, we quickly asked the hotel front desk staff to help us call them, and the shop immediately arranged a driver to pick us up. When you arrive, the staff will pay the driver. When you leave, you can also ask the shop to arrange a car to take you wherever you want to go~

I've been to many countries and experienced various spas, but Thai spas are still the best! And the therapist we had this time was wonderful. My husband also said it was the best he's ever had. The only downside was that the room was a bit cold. I suppose it's common for spas in hot countries to have cold rooms, so it can't be helped.

I contacted the store in advance before purchasing from Klook and my reservation was confirmed quickly. This one is cheaper than the other one I found with Klook, and also cheaper than booking on site, probably because it is not in the downtown area. The overall service was good, the store was polite and clean, and we were given dessert afterwards.

The environment is peaceful and serene, the massage therapists are professional, and they offer coconut water before the treatment. After the treatment, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they offer free transportation back to hotels within a 5-kilometer radius. Definitely a massage experience worth looking forward to.
