Highly recommended! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Since we arrived early in the morning and it was still too early to check in, they allowed us to rest in their library area. The room was clean, the area was beautiful, and the bathroom was spacious. Upon check-in, they explained all their complimentary services clearly. Everything was great! I will definitely come back and book the same hotel again in Chiang Mai 💕

U Chiang Mai nailed it at their service, top notch! Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Upon knowing that we had an early flight in the morning, they prepared breakfast bento for us to eat at the airport which was a wholesome meal. They also made special arrangements for our honeymoon. Hotel location is very accessible. Great hotel with lovely staffs!

We would like to inform you that the Eat & Drink Restaurant at U Chiang Mai will undergo a soft renovation from 1 October to 29 November 2025. The renovation will be limited to interior decoration and light construction work, and during this period, the restaurant will be partially closed in the areas under renovation.

However, food and beverage operations and service will continue as normal. Renovation work will be carried out daily from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we do not anticipate any disturbing noise during this time.
