Reviews
Great tour lead by our friendly and well knowledgeable guide, Laura. will highly recommend it to those who are interested to know more about the history behind the beautiful Alhambra and the surroundings.
The Alhambra Palace is the highlight of the itinerary. Tickets are in demand and must be booked in advance, and it is difficult to withstand changes in the itinerary. Passport verification is also very strict when entering. Because the tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid was canceled without warning a few days ago, I was particularly cautious about the tour of the Alhambra. I checked the phone number of the local vendor in the order details and contacted the other party. After contacting via WhatsApp, I found out that Klook defines the tickets for children aged 3-12 as infant tickets. It’s a good idea to check with the local vendor in advance, otherwise children may not be able to enter the venue that day. Overall, the local vendor-Nhue is excellent. The three-hour tour was wonderful and highly recommended!
The meet up point is clear, dont need further queue up, and the tourguide Estephanie is great, she told us lots palace stories and the building histories, the time management is awsome. We do enjoy the break in between, the time there is not rushing.
The meeting point was easy to find, and we were able to visit all the locations without missing anything, which was very satisfying. I made a last-minute reservation about three days beforehand, and I'm glad I was able to book it. Break: There was a 15-minute break midway, so I was able to use the restroom.
The tour guide's explanation is very detailed. You can hear the tour guide's voice very clearly using the audio tour machine. It doesn't matter if you take pictures farther away from the tour guide. You will have more flexibility in your actions. During the three-hour trip, there will be about 15 minutes to go to the toilet to rehydrate and take a break.
I was lucky to join an English-speaking group at the last minute. The tour guide was very professional and had a great grasp of the historical narratives, with well-structured storytelling. Following the tour guide allowed me to learn more about the history behind this historical site, making the trip much more fulfilling.
This was a great way to explore the Alhambra. You get 3 hours exploring with your guide and information (Guillermo was great!) and then you can spend the rest of the day exploring by yourself. So guided tour from 12pm - 3pm, then you can explore Alhambra until closing at 8pm if you wish.
It was too late to buy tickets so I took the guided tour, but the language was not something I could understand. It was great to use a translation app to follow the tour for three hours. You can also choose to buy a three-day pass to Grenada, which is cheaper and you don’t need to rush for tickets.
the tour was very organised. The guide was good in explaining the background and history of the places we visited. I just wish we have enough time to take photos!
The guided tour was worth it! Suzanne, our tour guide, had so many insights on Alhambra which made it more interesting. Luckily, we were only 5 people on the group as well. The Alhambra was beautiful!
