A reasonably priced and very convenient way to book the Fuji Excursion train from the UK. The booking process through Klook was simple, and the tickets are collected using a QR code. We collected ours the day before, although this could easily be done on the day of travel. There is a guide explaining how to collect the tickets, although the process didn’t work for us initially. We simply went back to the home page on the ticket machine, selected “Collect with QR”, and it worked immediately. One particularly useful feature were the real-time updates from the Klook app, including information about boarding and arrival. Overall, a straightforward and reliable booking experience. Would definitely use again. ease of boarding: boarding was very easy but was very close to departure time so we were standing on the platform for a while. experience on board:very comfortable seating

You really need to book your tickets in advance. We took the earliest train, and there were so many people on board who didn't have tickets and had to stand. Standing for two hours all the way to Lake Kawaguchiko is just not something I can do. Buying tickets early truly allowed us to enjoy a comfortable ride all the way to Mount Fuji 🗻. Issuing tickets was quick too; we had our seats within 5 minutes of completing payment. The day before your trip, you can simply scan the barcode at a JR Limited Express/Shinkansen ticket machine (the green machines) to pick up your tickets.
