Roost was an amazing stay! It's in the heart of Channelside, so you're close to all the restaurants and shops! The staff was friendly. The hotel and amenities were great. Very convenient to have a full kitchen, large fridge, and washer/dryer in a hotel room! They even provided laundry detergent. Loved that! :) Highly recommend Roost!

Fantastic property! I felt like a rich, young, beautiful influencer lol very nice amenities from rooftop hot tub, to sparkling water on tap, to quality shampoos. The rooms with a shared living room would be an excellent choice when traveling with a group.

This hotel was nice and would be great for a family reunion stay…. It felt like we were in college dorms, sharing a big kitchen, dining room and living room. It was a cool concept, but not really what I was expecting. Very clean and has some restaurants within walking distance as well as a Publix. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and I could hear the neighbors TV and conversations. You will pay for daily parking so account for that as well. Overall it was a nice stay.

Supposed to be $30 for parking, but i was charged an additional $50, so $80 total absolutely ridiculous i asked the people working the front desk to refund the $50 since thier website advertised a $30 flat rate parking. They informed me they would contact the parking garage company to get a refund. The charge is still on my account so now I have to open a dispute with my bank. Beware!! As for the room, everything seemed fine other than the bathroom smelled strongly of mildew and the table and single chair provided was very dirty. Sticky residue on the table and the seat of the chair was heavily soiled. Also, across the street from our room there was a rave or something going on and music was very loud until late. Will not stay here again.

Solo stay

Room really well designed, modern and attractive and comfortable. Swimming pool lovely. Elevators work very well. Great spot for young people and dogs. Reception desk could use some training in what good customer service means.

Excellent Stay at the ROOST. Very classy and home away from home. Very convenient to the grocery store (Publics) and other shops. Also was able to get on the rail from the Publics to view other parts of Tampa such as YBor City. Awesome visit and love the city vibe.
