What they do not tell you it’s 40 dollars to use their parking overnight and I was charged for water in the room my family did not use. Also when I spoke to customer services about charges they stated no problem and will refund in which they never did.

The first room I got the bed was lumpy and AC didnt work. Not sure what it was, but it felt like springs were popping out. I moved to another room and the bed was better but very stuffy upon arrival and the AC wasnt working very well and the room smelled stale. There was hair left on the shower wall. It looked like the housekeeper couldn't reach ot so he/she left it. My key card only worked on my door. I had couldn't access the garage with it. I had to call everything I needed to enter or exit. The front desk was not very helpful with this. I couple of times I called and they picked up and hung up with saying anything. I would not stay there again.

The bathroom vent and the vent in the main room living room bedroom was filled with dust very unhealthy, and I have pictures to prove it if you’d like I can directly contact the Hilton and show them the pictures and perhaps they can reissue you us another amenity or refund partial money, but I will show you if you need to. I’ll can send you the pictures and or the Hilton. How do I reach the Hilton general manager or complaint?

Fantastic
Short overnight stay. Convenient location as you can walk to shops/restaurants. The light rail station is just across the street and very convenient. The property was clean and felt welcoming. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.
