Friendly staff clean rooms comfy beds. Road noise loud especially when fire trucks exit station nearby impacted sleep Shower head needs replacing in room 703.

Great room on a high floor with ocean views. Bed was very comfortable. At check in Sara was excellent- helpful, professional, gave great reccomendations for dinner.

Below average
Very poor level of up keep / maintenance in the room and floor I stayed in was was very poor. On raising my concerns I was very disappointed with the conduct of the manager. I will not be staying again

Stayed with family

Buffet breakfast and staff were great. Great location, with the Florida Gardens light rail stop right in front of hotel. Two stops to Surfers Paradise in one direction and one stop to Broadbeach North in other direction. Very convenient. Hotel accomodated us with an early check-in and room upgrade. Very satisfied with this hotel choice. Will be back again.

I like the staff, they’re attentive to the customers’ needs. They’re friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The room was clean and huge. It’s also great that they upgraded our room for free , The views were amazing! Thank you, we had a wonderful time!
