For a cheap room in Belfast, this is one to consider. Good location, fairly new refurbishment.
A shared kitchen, hostel style, is offered for breakfast which is different but nice and there is plenty available.
The only downside was a bed that a bit too small for two people, but not impossible.
Staff were lovely and actively offer the facility to store luggage for the day on day of check out.

This hotel is in an excellent location near promenades, churches , restaurants etc. The room was clean. I love that they give you extra pillows They give you access to their in-house laundry facilities for 5 euro. It always helps the stay to have an informed and an attentive staff.

During my stay I interacted with at least 7 or 8 staff members, in all honesty only 2 of them did make us feel welcome and smiled. The others just looked like they didn’t want to be there and were extremely unfriendly,
The hotel is situated in a decent place but really needs some TLC. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast get up at all and that would be the second biggest reason. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
If you have a room with a window facing the main. Road/cathedrel side, then prepare for a lot of noise.
Was disappointed in the hotel but the staff sealed it for me, I will never go to this hotel again.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, bon déjeuner chambre et lit bien. Il y a même laveuses et une chasseuse pour 5 pounds. Se qu’ils ont à améliorer c’est l’odeur.
