Room was great but room was a bit small. Onsen was fantastic different pool. Breakfast buffet was great with typical Japanese food. Staff was very helpful in luggage delivery and informative about the area. Gave good advice.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We tried the onsen, and it is one of the top 5 things we did in Japan, highly recommend as it’s very relaxing experience after a full day walking around Osaka.
