The staff in this hotel was unfriendly and sometime even not available. Wi-fi did not work and we were not even informed about it, although the staff knew that. The AC in the room did not work, but it was too late to do something about it. Also the separate charge for parking in the hotel building is unacceptable!

Solo stay

Nice option if Zermatt is booked out or want to find affordable stay. It’s next to the train station which makes it convenient and has some food options including a restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was nice. The room was pretty small which is generally the case in lot of European hotels. No AC or fan so becomes uncomfortable during the day but cools down at evening and night if the window is kept open.

the hotel is next station to take train to Zermatt, very convenient. The wifi was extremely weak. There is not much in the area besides hotels and few restaurants in the hotels. But it is a good location to explore zetmatt and the alps

We had room in the new section of hotel and were very clean and nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great being next to the train up to Zermatt. We would gladly stay here again.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The lights could be a little better in the parking garage or left on a little bit longer because at one point we were at our car in the garage went dark. Also, we were in the chalet portion and it was a little tired. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Convenient to the train station. Easy to find. And had a great meal in the restaurant.
