Fantastic

Solo stay

I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre.

Friendly staff with quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchenette. Continental breakfast was huge for the price.

I can’t rate this place high enough. 1. It’s been the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in NZ (I’m a bit of a clean freak) and not even expensive fancy hotels ever make it to my standards, this place was spotless. 2. We stayed there because we had a family member in the hospital and didn’t know how long they would need to stay there. Staff was SO accommodating with giving us extra time and support for refunding and/rebooking. 3. Staff was so supportive, helpful and kind. It made a HUGE difference during the hard time our family was having.
