Quarto familiar amplo, excelente, com camas muito confortáveis, tudo muito limpo. Chuveiro muito bom. Kit de amenities bem completo. Chaleira, secador de cabelo no quarto. Toda equipe muito cordial e simpática, sempre acessível na comunicação e em ajudar. Localização do hotel muito boa, perto de pontos turísticos, restaurantes, mercados, fácil locomoção na parte histórica.

Das Zimmer liegt im Keller. Niedrige Decke. Laute Geräusche vom Erdgeschoss und der Straße. Schlafen war kaum möglich.

Приятный персонал. Особенно женщины, которые готовили нам еду и убирались в номерах. Им большое спасибо! Их работа была великолепна!!! Завтраки были очень вкусные и разнообразные. В течении дня можно было пить чай и кофе из кофемашины бесплатно. Интернет был хороший. Горячая вода присутствовала. Кондиционер работал. В номере есть чайник и чайные принадлежности. Из минусов: Старый и слабый фен. В номере есть мыло, шампуни и гели для душа, но нет кондиционера для волос. В целом мы остались очень довольны. Цена и качество соответствует!

We had a great experience sans the front desk staff. The room was large with high ceilings, a great view, and nicely decorated. The breakfast - prepared with love and served by Farida and Zulhar - was delicious. The front desk staff had some problems communicating in basic English and we almost missed our flight because the transfer booked through the hotel in advance was nearly an hour late.

They charge for pick you up at airport USD $ 40 they don't say anything until you fo to check in, the they say you have to pay that much of money. They don't inform you about the option you have to know Istanbul.
