Hotel location is good especially for the Saturday & Sunday walking steets as it's just within minutes walk. It's also in the free pick up zone for day tours from chiangmai and nearby many food stalls. Reception was full of smiles & very helpful when we asked for room slippers. Room was clean and bath showers working well. Pool was too small for a swim, breakfast was mini buffet and adequate. For the price paid, the stay was good value.
