Reception was horrendous, didn’t give important information like where breakfast is supposed to be and details of the stay, till prompted. No smile and not welcoming. We took the wrong lift as there were no guidance, and ended up have to use the staircase instead (ibis and adagio uses the same building but different lifts) Our room cards couldn’t work after a day when we were out and had to go back to lobby to revalidate Room service came but did a shoddy job, didn’t even replenish depleted toilet rolls Windows were closed however air conditioning detects wrong info and refuse to switch on citing our windows were opened. We had to use the fan for the second night

About 10 minute easy walk from Zurich HB. Clean room with enough space for 4 for a few days. Pull-out sofa is quite large. Easy walk to shopping areas. Lots of food options within walking distance.

The location of this hotel is within excellent walking distance to all the sites. We had a family room and it was clean and spacious. We had a table, kitchen and fridge, which was convenient. The hotel restaurant/bar in the lobby was a nice place to stop and have a cocktail at the end of our long day. Although within walking distance of the train station, we opted for a quick Uber ride as there were 4 of us, with luggage. I would easily recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Zurich for a short or long stay.

The apartment was well equipped, staff were extremely helpful and the location to the main train station, tram stops, restaurants and grocery stores is great. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
