We stayed in a deluxe king room. It was very spacious and loved that it had a barn door to close off the room from the “living space/sofa bed area”. There was also a door on the restroom which was also appreciated. We had a great stay the only thing we did not like was the parking. It was first come first serve and if you didn’t find a space, you had to park in the alley behind the hotel or on the street. The room sheets had a few stains on them and the kitchenette/refrigerator area needed to be dusted. Other than that the staff was very friendly and we had an easy check in and check out! We were also walking distance to the beach and a couple restaurants! We would definitely stay again!

Nice stay clean room and a/c

Fantastic location room had peaking ocean view walked to beach. The front desk was kind helpful absolutely loved this property and ambiance.

Front desk employee was friendly upon arrival. Room was newly updated & spacious. Internet was inconsistent & constantly disconnected from tv. Phones buffered every 30 seconds. The AC was difficult to understand & randomly shut off every night. The kitchen sink immediately clogged with minimal water usage. Biggest complaint is having to fight for adequate towels. Room had 2 when we showed up, for 5 guests. Asked for more and was told “we don’t normally give out that many” with a frown to which I replied 2 towels isn’t enough for 5 people… he begrudgingly gave me 3 more towels. I had to ask for more wash clothes & hand towels too. He told me not to use them at the beach & I said I understood- we brought our own. Day 2 we had beach plans, with our own beach towels. Before heading out, I took our 3 used towels to the desk to exchange for the 5 we’d need after a long day at the beach. Front desk employee (same one) was outright hostile this time, saying we’re using too many towels. I’d maybe understand that if there was anywhere to hang a towel to dry for reuse, but there wasn’t. Also, I don’t reuse towels at home, I definitely don’t want to after lots of traveling & outdoor activities. Having to fight for towels really set the mood. I can overlook crappy WiFi, poorly draining sink, AC that randomly shuts off in the night (both nights), no conditioner in the shower, and super limited parking. But adequate linens (& understanding staff) should be a no brainer in hospitality.

Loved the cleanliness of our room. The only issue was our dirty towels. I usually always bring extra which I was glad about but other than that we enjoyed our stay and sleep here.

Stayed two days for the 4th of July weekend. We got the bigger room and it was excellent. Kitchen and full appliances. Parking was limited but we made it work. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Definitely will be back and recommend.

Gentlemen at front guest is Amazing. My family and I arrived later then expected and he still allowed us to check in. Excellent customer service

We got to Cali and totally forgot to book a place for the night. We stumbled upon this spot and couldn't have been happier! The staff was incredible, the room was HUGE and there is a diner next door that I can't stop raving about!!!

The location in proximity to cruise terminal was a + to me.

Our day was wonderful here we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay.Everything was great no complaints
