Walking in the Lobby is impressive. Check in was quick and efficient. After that things went downhill. Rugs in the room were dirty and stained, there was garbage in the furniture and nothing could make a/c work. The room was +23 when we checked in. Called an engineer who pushed buttons and said should be fine. Temp went to 25. Called again. Their suggestions were to open window. (Temp outside was even hotter), close the curtains and then they brought a fan which just blew hot air. In the end despite the hassle I spoke with Erin Xiang (?) at front desk and requested a different room. She was super helpful and found 3 to try. First 2 were exactly the same issue- no a/c. Finally number 3 (729) was winner with a/c functional. Hooray. However 2nd room was also dirty and there was trash in bathroom. Beds were also on the firmer side but after help from the maids we secured a second pluffy quilt which was a big help. Staff were very helpful. A shout out to Justin Liu for his skill in solving room service issues (none of our phones could order @ the room service menu) and keeping us in ice for beers.

Room was relatively big and nice. Cleaning ladies are welcoming and did their jobs well.

It is reasonably priced. But it is a little bit old and it is better to be upgraded.

Rooms ok, comfortable, shower had issue and flooded bathroom, staff were very blunt and not very helpful, quite rude actually but overall good hotel

The hotel employees at the concierge desk are very helpful with calling share-ride for me, before I had an opportunity to install the necessary software and payment to do it my own. Breakfast buffet is enjoyable, especially when there are no big tourist groups. Not all items are cooked with top-chef skills, but most of them are pleasant to both the taste bud. Selections are not extravagant but more than reasonable. Most importantly, the place is clean and the service people are diligent and courteous.

Air conditioning and heating is centrally controlled, and is only turn on according to fixed seasonal schedule. This made the room uncomfortably hot during a stay in March. The staff did try to help by providing portable fan. With windows open, that helps a bit. But still very inconvenient.

They do not turn on the airconditioning during winter which made the room very stuffy!

The staff not professional at all . Request to extend our stay for one more day and they provide us name card to be contacted (sales manager) . At the first place we call the people on phone was asking like " 请问哪位" "有什么事吗" doesn't match the standard of hotel at all . Not to say 5 star hotel but 4 at least . Just a feedback from my side , the hostel service are better .
