Its as its advistised... But the locationnis a bit far from the actual beach, so considering the traffic jam in Pattaya, this could be a pain. Staff are friendly and reasonable, its just the place needs some rennovation, i can see its former glory. Good experience, but i would prefer to live closer to rge CBD.

“Stylish Pool Villa with Privacy” I was so excited to stay here for a birthday treat. I wanted to spoil myself and I certainly felt pampered staying here. I spent some quality time in the villa. I chose the villa with the private sauna. Note, not every villa has the private sauna and super sized pool, so you have to be sure to choose the correct one! From arrival to leaving, I felt so relaxed and comfortable. The staff were awesome and check in was so smooth. One of my friends secretly ordered a birthday cake for me and the villa host made sure it was ready. We also had the private BBQ, highly recommend the seafood! Plenty of space to just chill and unwind. It is not often you get to stay in a place like this, so you gotta make the most of it. Had a super time and when I come back to Pattaya, I will sure be booking with you guys. You make my stay just perfect and I can’t thank you enough 🙏 🙏 🙏

Fantastic
A very organised check in, the villa was well appointed with spacious rooms and the price paid was a good deal. the beds quite good with a comfy quilt, overall a well equipped villa and worth the money. Great pool villa would recommend went with a group of friends good location, staff really friendly and would definitely go again.

Love the location, love the cleanliness (10/10) with daily room makeup, pool is superb & staffs are excellent & friendly. It is almost like butler service, with them attending to all your queries. Friendly town & serene environment!

Fantastic
Wonderful stay! We will come back. Stunning beach few steps away. Chic and clean cottage with perfect private big pool. All the staff was very kind to us and our baby. Warmly recommended and big thanks to the team for this dream stay. We will reccomend this villas for all our friends.

Never... Never try this hotel. The reception is 2 miles away. You need to call taxi for reception. No telephone in the room so u have to use your gsm to call and you will pay alot for roaming. There is nothing around and the neighbour isnot safe.. When u call the reception for smt u must wait more then hour. The room facilities are so poor. There is water problem in the bathroom. All at of masquitos. Very far away from the city. Nothing is good even not avarege. Too bad. Never never never try this hotel
