I booked this hotel for four nights, but after just one night I had to relocate because of the poor cleanliness and overall condition. The room was not clean, the bedsheets were stained, the tables were dusty, and I had to clean them myself. The phone, TV, and Wi-Fi in the room did not work, and the staff was not helpful when I asked for assistance. The hotel was also noisy, with conversations and hallway noise easily heard inside the room. The breakfast area were also not well maintained. so I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and relaxing stay.

The room was okay, wasn’t proper clean I seen hair all in the bed and around the Bathroom floor. Air conditioning wonderful. Didn’t eat anything breakfast so I don’t know. Really didn’t see any staff unless you going to front desk .

Vending machines were poorly stocked, breakfast was weak, and staff was not helpful at all. Only benefit is that it is close to the Falls.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff seemed a little bit rude (ladies). But the gentleman They ran out on supplies when asked

Dirty bathroom & filthy pullout sofa full of stains. Breakfast was so so -very limited-but so full of people there wasn’t any room to sit & they had a hard time keeping food supplied. Some guests were taking an abundance of stuff leaving nothing for others. Very disrespectful & thoughtless. My husband refused to eat there & went to a nearby hotel to eat. Staff tried hard to keep up but also made a comment about how rude people were. I would not go back & would not recommend to others. I would give the staff a 2 star but hotel a 0-1 star. They never addressed the nasty pullout sofa & since most hotels were full, I just covered it with multiple layers of bedding. Manager or maintenance never once reached out after complaining about it.
