The villa appears to be in a state of disrepair, with aged furnishings, a malfunctioning fan, overly soft bed, dirty towels, neglected curtains, weak water pressure in the shower, but the staff are friendly.

Great

Solo stay

It is located in a quiet area. You'll definitely need a bike to move around from here. The staff is very, very friendly. The rooms could be renewed, tho. :-)

We had to leave the hotel after the third night being eaten by mosquitoes. They refused to do any refund on the remaining nights. Somebody should tell them that when you build a hotel you need to make sure that the room sliding doors actually close, bugs entering the room all night. Area is truly awful, you can't walk anywhere and closest restaurant maybe 40 minutes walk. Breakfast is not good. They tried to charge us for it even if it was included, they didn't even have milk and some options you need to book in advance but the next day they didn't have them because they forgot. Staff is lazy, and not very nice, several times there were no one in reception, we had to go get them in the kitchen where they were chatting, all the room keys were visible in reception for anyone to take. The place stinks to sinkhole as soon as you walk in. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. What they call "suite with private pool" is really oversold. Do not stay here, I've reported this place to hotels.com so they review if it should be even displayed in the site, I feel we were deceived.

excellent value, quiet relaxing location, helpful staff we had the pool villa which is shared by 4 units and as we were they only people in those 4 units had that private area to ourselves, it was very relaxing and pleasant. Great massage at the onsite spa. Breakfast was provided but not many options, but due to the small size of the hotel, it was OK. The wifi coverage could be improved. an ideal place for couple looking for a romantic getaway

Fantastic
We stayed in Aqua Villa for our Honeymoon , and i should say that it's the perfect place for peace and quietness . Both me & my husband absolutely loved our Villa , it was big & spacey . Our private pool was good too . Once we arrived on the first day , we were greeted with a cake and our bed was decorated so as to set the honeymoon vibe . The shops are a little far out but you can rent a bike from the Villa and go out to get your necessary needs . Overall , we love Aqua Villa & the staff there were attentive to our needs . We will go back for a even longer stay the next time !

Good
It was very quiet place to stay with only a few other guests. We stayed in a room with our own pool which was very awkward to get into and out of. The room was nice and spacious and the bathroom was large and clean. Breakfast was very basic but satisfying. You could order lunch/dinner but it was takeaway from a nearby Warung. We found out most of the meals came from Global Warung so we were happy with this as it is one of the best places in North Kuta to eat. We had two massages during our stay and these were great value and the girls came in on their scooters just to do our massages. Overall a decent place to stay however be ready to help your taxi driver to find the place.. Having two names for the place did cause some confusion.
