We had a great stay and the room was clean and tidy and well maintained. However, after our room had been serviced, we returned late in the day, after the reception was closed and we only had a quarter of a roll of toilet paper left and no spare roll. This was highly inconvenient.

I feel like the property could do better in regards to checking their rooms. My room which was a king suite-overly upon first walk in, but the bathroom was old, dated and smelt terrible like a urinal. The floor was sticky in the bathroom under my shoes, so dared not take shoes off! The basin overflowed as the plug plunger was broken I found out, and the shower and walls in bathroom had terrible brown stains in corner from I don’t know. Overall bathroom was a -5 out of 10. Products supplied seemed nice enough. Luckily I was only there for the night as was visiting Alba Hot Springs and driving home first thing. I didn’t use the shower as it smelled bad, which in retrospect thinking about it, as if it has been used as a urinal by previous guests .. creepy thinking about it. Additionally to note: security lighting right outside door to room is on ALL night and lit the room up like a Christmas tree- no amount of blinds is going to shut that out so if you must stay here bring your headphones and eye mask to filter both sound from random loud noises fridge makes and also the light right outside room door. (Room 104)!!

Very spacious room and immaculatly clean. It even smelt clean when we opened the door each day. Bed was so comfortable we really could have brought it home!

Only complaint was the constant humming in the roof cavity above our Room number 306 all night

Great location. Walkable distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. Heated pool.

Staff super helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Ocean view is very nice but can be noisy at late hours of the night.

Everything is perfect

All good no fault of the place very convenient
