This property is located in the attractive town of Te Anau, 171 kilometres from Queenstown (approximately 2 hours 10 mins) and the closest town to Milford Sound and the gateway to Fiordland National Park, and Doubtful Sound. The serene deep waters of adjacent Lake Te Anau make up the largest lake in the South Island with a spectacular backdrop of Mt Luxmore and the Murchison Mountains. The motel is set in a quiet location, adjacent to a park. A 2 minute stroll to the lakefront and a 5 minute walk through the park to restaurants, cafes, the cinema and a variety of specialty shops. The 1 Bedroom Units are located on the ground floor or upstairs with a shower over spa bath ensuite, sofa, table and chairs, and fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV in both rooms.
