ok . parking TOTAL NIGHTMARE! very steep angles ,2 flights of stairs to get to check in. no trune down service or fresh towels on a weekend trip whennonly 3-4 guests in hotel. Great view but found unsecured rail on balcony and its about 25 ft drop to stone walkway, serious danger of fall . Hot water is 5 mins to show up,then scalding, then disappears 2 mins alter comes back scalding ,then stone cold. Floors in bathroom VERY slippery. room was good sized , soft matress good lighting, a/c mounted where it blows directly.onto bed ,which can lead to difficulty sleeping. mini bar with snacks little high priced. Wine in bar is $51usd?? they do have decent wine but not 1700 baht worth. Italian restaurant has ecellent food ,moderate sized meals ,expensive wine and parking has lots to desire. no shuttle to restaurant, assive steep hill to go over .DO NOT WALK IT. Breakfast is fresh but they didnt set up the open serve on monday morning , disappointing. Overall nice place but not worth the price of 3200 baht a night. lots of places to choose from.in area. site is also far from anything 25 to 40 km.

The hotel was practically closed, chef had "gone home" 1730 so no food available. Everything deserted and even secity guard not to be seen. Not even a bottle of drinking water in room, minibar was an empty refrigerator. Actually decided to leave same evening and drpped key in empty reception as no-one to be seen of hotel staff. Boutique Winery Hotel is a gross misleading name for this dark place.

Unusual styled hotel with great views and in the wine country and Khao Yai national park. I would use it again.

Hotel is a boutique hotel with lots of chrm and pleasant staff, albeit very limited to no English with service staff. Bar facilities are closed so you're limited to coice of one Red wine or White wine (Issara Wines), which personnaly i will avoid (red) in future. Alternativly you are limited to 2 beer choices. It is a pity because thry have a love bar ( not utilized) which would really add to the hotels charm. Restaurant...quite frankly, give it a miss, we are the first night, 3 of 4 meals were inedible. Breakfast is adequate if you want a basic omelete, all sides are cold. We opted to eat out in Khoa Yai during the next day and just eat snacks (bought outside) the second evening. You can also bring in your own drinks if you want something other than beer. The hotel is charming, great location, very peaceful and evdntough I am crical of food and beverage, i would return for the tranquility and be prepared to arrive with my own snacks and beverages

The hotel's mountainside location offered wonderful views and pleasing breezes all through the day. The vineyard and winery were also fun to explore and the estate's wines have very good potential. Our room was also clean and comfortable. Had a truly enjoyable stay.
