Great
Rented the double bedroom and it was very clean and put together. Staff was helpful, room service did not disappoint. Its location in the city center was very convenient. Rarely needed to use public transport as nearly everything is walking distance. Only complaint is lack of amenities - no fridge or hairdryer in room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

A nice place, colourful & open plan. Breakfast was good, but a lack of A/C in my room rather took the edge off my stay.

Great hotel and staff Would just of liked a fan in the room due to the hot weather

Everything lovely except the bed, which gave me a rare sleepless night. It had a heavy, rather rigid winter weight duvet, too much for hot weather, and a rubberised waterproof mattress protector which just made for a sweaty, unpleasant bottom sheet, especially on top of a zipped-together pair of single mattresses whose ridge I kept rolling on, while half-asleep. I recommend that this hotel invests in decent mattress toppers and varies duvets according to temperature.

All the staff were helpful and nice, the only thing was, the room was very hot and warm, there was no AC, the hotel did provide a fan.

All the staff were very helpful but the older foreign gentleman on the front desk was absolutely fantastic- he went above and beyond to help us .

The room was exceptionally clean; however, the hotel is not very accessible. As we discovered after exiting the elevator, there were stairs required to reach our room, and after a lengthy day of travel, we did not appreciate carrying or managing heavy luggage up those stairs. Furthermore, the room lacked air conditioning or a fan, and it was quite warm.

What amenities? There was no air conditioning- we kept the window open and were grateful for a travel fan I packed. We knew about the restaurant with breakfast option, but we are not that kind of breakfast people. We didn’t know about the bar until the last night. Staff-most were extremely helpful and friendly. One guy, maybe the manager, red/blonde hair with thick accent- was curt and spoke to people rudely, including coworkers. We witnessed another couple walk out of their reservation because of the way they were treated. We also witnessed a traveler snap back at him and then gave other employee a pat on the back and apologize for him being a jerk. As we were going down one morning I made a comment to ask if there was a mattress pad or something for the bed bc it was flat and hard around the edges. He commented I’d been there a few nights already and it was an upgraded room. I did not ask for an upgrade, but it was graciously accepted…that does not mean I should not comment on the bed needing an adjustment. Two- I was so exhausted from coming in transatlantic and exploring the first day or two, I could have slept on nails. Three-that’s all irrelevant because if I am uncomfortable, I have the right to ask if something reasonable can be done to make it suitable. I didn’t ask for a new mattress. I asked for a pad. The tub/shower is extremely narrow and the curtain sticks to you while you shower. The neighborhood is fraught w homeless vagrants and often smells of urine.
