We stayed for 6 days with our children. The location was convenient, the room was new and clean, and fully equipped. The downside: the staff was very indifferent. We had several families traveling together and requested to be on the same floor in advance, but we ended up being spread across completely different floors. When we requested cleaning or replenishment of daily necessities, it took two requests before anyone followed up.

Great location within walking distance of attractions and the Aircoach bus stop. The room was quite small for two adults with a weirdly mounted TV, even though we booked a double room (not a small double room). I am not sure if it was due to the room location. It is good to check it out during check-in.

Peter is a fantastic guide who really knows his stuff. He is incredibly passionate. Playing The Cranberries and sharing insights about Ireland during this beautiful journey was wonderful. The Cliffs of Moher are simply mesmerizing, and Galway is a charming place. I highly recommend this kind of tour.

Really enjoyed our day trip to Kilkenny, Wicklow and Glendalough.
Oli was a friendly guide and shared quite a lot of interesting history and little stories along the way. Fred was our driver for the day, and the journey was comfortable and felt safe throughout.
We liked that the tour had a good mix of different sights — we visited castle and cathedral at Kilkenny, went through the Wicklow mountains, and saw the ruins and lake at Glendalough. We also got to see sheepdogs working in action, which was pretty cool to see!
It rained for most of the day, but thankfully visibility was still relatively good which didn’t affect much of the experience . Overall, it was a really nice way to see a bit more of Ireland and learn about its history and culture, especially for someone visiting Ireland for the first time.

Both were kind and accomodated. we manage to go to see Dunne Castle, Giant's Causeway, steepest cliff, taking picture at stop cliff hedges, The dark hedges, Titanic Belfast museum and Belfast city hall. fantastic timw keeping and we enjoy every steps. We had a wonderful experience with the Big Bus Dublin 24-hour tour. We booked our tickets through Klook, and the entire booking process was smooth, simple, and hassle-free.
The buses were clean, comfortable, and operated on time, making it very easy to explore the city at our own pace.
The route covered all the major attractions, and the audio commentary was informative, engaging, and full of interesting facts about Dublin's history and culture. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help.
