bad attitude of staff, too old for parking job. cleaning staff terrible. didn't knock door and just open door when I was nude. noisy all night. front desk sleep when I check in and didn't register me. don't book this ever.

The only thing that impressed me about this stayed was the front desk lady name Tracy. She tried her very best to accommodate and most of, she is exceptionally hard working. Water pressure in the bathroom were inadequate and constant noises from ambulances because it’s right next to the hospital. Tracy was very apologetic and tried her best to provide her best hospitality. I see she worked every shift without a break. I respect her professionalism. The owner is very lucky to have her. Thanks Tracy.
