the hotel is in a good location, walking distance to RMIT University scape hostel, also near Melbourne centre, very helpful reception.

excellent location within 3minutes walking distance to tram stop in the free tram zone and 5minutes to little bourke st(chinatown) no parking on-site but the hotel has a deal with a covered carpark within 5minutes walking distance. room was not big but comfy and very new as well as nicely designed shower. only felt that the shower water pressure was a little low. staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times and check-in/out process was seamless. definitely worth staying and great deal for the location.
